Hello everyone, I finally get a bigger tank. I purchased my 180g from a local guy about 3 weeks ago. Right now I have a 75 FOWLR, which is being sold as soon as my 180 is up and running. I've my 75 up for about a year now and I still have no clue what I'm doing. Does anyone? This has been a learning process for me on the DIY front. I'm a DIY moron and probably will always be that way.
I have to start on the plumbing this week and I have no clue what I'm doing.

I forgot to add that I bought a nice Cherry Oak stand/canopy and a 75 gallon sump from a local guy. The stands frame is lined with metal tubing. It's very sturdy and HEAVY! The stand is about 41" tall and the canopy is about 18" tall.

Well that's my start to the 180. Wish me luck, cause I'll need it.

My Reeflux 12 bulbs showed up today. I wired up the ballast to the sockets and put the bulbs in. Wow! These lights are nice. I can't wait to get this over some water.

We all start somewhere and you definitely have a nice start to a great project. This project will give you headaches, leave your wallet empty, give you sleepless nights, but once it's "done" (never completely done of course), you'll know it was all worth it while you're sitting on your couch with a big smile on your face. Congrats and good luck.
