I have a JBJ 24g with LEDs.

Do you guys think I can fit these fishes or are they too big?

I would suggest a pygmy or flameback, not a flame...
With that being said I would say the Flame might work, but its definitely pushing it. It might be one of those things where you try it out, and if it works it works. But it may get very agressive in that small of a tank. But in that sized of tank your really limited to about 2-4 fish depending on size.
