Just a heads up, your anemone prefers to bury his foot in 3-6 in. of sand, requires strong lighting and medium flow. Also lta's get large if optimal conditions are provided. Good luck with your anemone!
Yeah your flow and lighting seem to be adequate, however you may need to add some sand to stop it from wondering around your tank. Lta's can be pretty finicky when first introduced to a new tank. I would also recommend covering your powerhead with some mesh or the covers that ecotech sales.
K I just put that foam cover on. And I am trying to stay away from a deep sand bed in my main display. I put him on the highest part of sand but he keeps going on rocks and staying there?
Just let him go where he wants, do not try and move him/help him. Your anemone will continue to move until he is happy or until he no longer has the energy to move. There is also a small possibility that you were sold an E. quadricolor/Bubble tip anemone. Its really hard to tell without seeing a better picture of the oral disk and foot of the anemone. How old/new is your tank?
