After loosing too much to explain in loved reef inhabitants in my 75 Gallon reef a few years ago to a wonderful Ice Storm... for those of you that dont live in a cold area... Ice of 2 inches thick breaks everything... no power for 7 days...
I decided to go with a BC14 in my dining room / kitchen...
We are a month and a half in... all tests check out...
Stock tank and Light... I bought the tank second hand but never used, and it came with the BC Nano skimmer... I know its overkill but... it does work, and is not a pain or in the way yet so whatever... I built my own media basket... they are cheap enough to buy, but I was bored so I threw that in as well...
Live rock, live crushed coral, no sand, a friend gave me some Kenya Tree's which I know all about the trimming / maint. so keep the flames to a few.
Three Scarlet Hermits, Three Blue Legs, one emerald crab, and a few snails, lastly the False Perk... just one...
