Jungle Anti Internal Parasite Food?

HI guys. Im battling some sort of internal parasite in my ocelaris clown. I cant really tell if hes getting better, but i got real PO'd to find out my tomato clown has it too (hes acting the same) Granted i QTs the first clown yesterday, i still dont have room for a big QT tank, and the meds im using will kill my LR

Question is, this stuff doesnt specify marine/tropical. Just says fish food. Will this help? or no?

I only ask cause i dont have a 10gal tank to setup, but if i hafta go out and grab one i will.
