Just giving a camera..

Hey guys, I was just giving a digital camera. Not the greatest out there but no the crapest as well..I don't know how GREAT it is, I used it on pics of my new kitten and the pics were really good to me. I know they won't be as good as half the people on here cause there cameras are like $800 up..

But my camera is a Kodak AF 3x Optical Aspheric Lens.

I was wondering do they make tripods for this? And if anyone has this camera what mode do you turn yours on to take pics of your tank?

Thank you

-Erich

If it has a threaded screw insert in the bottom of the camera than you can use it on a tripod. Tripods are generic/universal.

Ok cool I have that threaded screw insert at the bottom, thank god.

Now these are the options I have to switch to to take pictures: Auto (normal), Landscape, Close up (28" or closer), and Fireworks (used for steady pics)

Probably your best bet will be auto then- if there was a manual option (or aperture priority) I'd say go with that. Post a few pics and we can hopefully make some suggestions on how to improve them.

try setting your camera on the close up if your shotting corals. will allow you to get closer images.
if you just doing shots of your tank as a whole, auto will be fine.
