Just got a 40g breeder and 20g long at petsmart for $1 a gallon

The closest petco to me is 2hrs away so I was in pet smart getting some salt and I asked the mngr if they price match the $1 a gallon sale petco was having and he said no problem as long as the tank wasn't part of a set. He didn't even ask to see the flyer.

To bad they didn't have the 75g tank I may have to make the drive for that one.

Also got him to price match amazon on the salt (1/2 price) he said they match amazon as long as it was shipping from amazon.

Thought I'd put this out there for anyone who has a petsmart near them and not a petco.

Yep.. I do that all the time at petsmart..
Sometimes I'll use that phone app that lets you scan the barcode on your item and shows pricing from numerous stores online.. They always match the price..

If only they had reef ready drilled. At least here in N FL they do not.

I forgot about that app. I used it a lot to make sure I was as getting good prices. I'll have to see if I still have the app
