What I got was very nice, however, I only got 7 of the 9 corals I ordered. I just emailed Mr Coral about the missing corals. I requested that he ship them immediately at his expense or give a full refund. Store credit is not an option. I'll wait and see how he responds.

I did not get the Yellow Fiji leather (the most expensive one) and one other (I think it is the chalice). It is hard to tell because they are small, still in the bags, and they are not inflated.

I did get a response saying that they didn't ship the yellow leather because it was not looking healthy and they forgot to email me. They said they wuld ship another when they get one in. I was not happy about that and said I wanted a refund. They also said the chalice was shipped. If it is there in the bag, then something else is missing.

I definitely got the Neon Green favia, the Galaxy, the sweet tart and the red devil. There were supposed to be 2 freebies. So I can't tell if one of the freebies, the chalice, or the blueberry and cherry is missing.

I'll keep you updated.

It appears as though the chalice is here. So I am missing the yellow leather and one of the freebies. He called and left a voice mail saying he is going to a distributor tonight and will try to get another yellow fiji and ship it out tomorrow along with the missing freebie. If he can't get one tonight I will try to get refund because the longer these things drag out the worse they seem to get. As of right now, he seems to be trying to work things out. I am a bit agitated however. A simple email saying the fiji didn't look good would have made things a little easier.

The big problem is the yellow leather was one of the things I really wanted. Some of the others were just add ons to get up to the free shipping.

Oh man dave that's really too bad. I hope that you get things taken care of quickly, or he will probably be loosing business from the locals here who were thinking of purchasing. Keep us all updated on how things are going.

Refund was promised. Still ended up without the freebie but I guess if I get the refund then I shouldn't have gotten the freebie anyway. But, I added ina extra coral just to qualify for the freebie so I could have spent less and still gotten everything I wanted.

If I get the refund, I would rate the experience as agravating but acceptable. I do not know if I will order again. Not bad, not great. Nice corals for the price.

I did get a refund. It was actually for $10 more than the price of the coral that was missing. I guess it was to pay for my stress.

I still feel everyone would have been better off if he would have refunded the price of the coral immediately when it was not shipped. He would have saved $10 and I would not have been stressed for the last couple of days.

Once again, it wasn't the best experience but everthing worked out OK so it wasn't the worst.

I'm glad to hear that they made it right, even if it did take some time. It sucks that you had to do the run-around but hopefully the frags will do great.
