Imagine a 2 story 32,000 gallon tank. Worked on/in one in highschool. James J Howard research lab on sandy hook, NJ has a state of the art tank. Heres a proper link:

The lights over the tank can control it such that any condition around the world may be mimicked. Imagine that as a place to breed some of these ultra rare species.
