Just took some top-down photos...

Hadn't done this before. Still fighting the reflections of my lights and some rippling on the surface.Used a simple Olympus C 700 Ultra zoom point and shoot. Take a look...

Looking good Paul. I know that they grow like weeds but you got to love the caps. What is the sps growing from under the caps?

The green sps in the top photo is a pocillopora...Birds Nest.

No photo box. That would probably eliminate the reflections though.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Probably would make for a fun project to make one. I have some acrylic laying around, and I seem to remember you having skills

There are several colonies of the same "blue tip" acro visible in both pics. I got these as $5 frags at PAW about 5 years ago. Now there are several colonies throughout the tank. The tips aren't especially blue right now. The lower pic has a green slimer as well as a smaller frag of the pocillopora.
