I was thinking about dripping kalk into my sump and was exploring different options of doing it. I was wondering if I use an aqualifter pump and put a valve on the end of it so it drips slowly, will it be the same as using a peristaltic pump?

The simpler the better. Try rising your Kalk container above your sump level and use and air line with a plastic air valve to control the drip rate. Easy to refill, clean adjust and less likely to plug.
If your tank is large and the container will be at the sump level I will recommend a peristaltic, there are many cheap but good out there.

Yinger you can get a drip bag/container off ebay. I bought one and a gal bottle of Kent Marine Liquid Reactor Calcium Buffer, small air line with a plastic air valve like suggested above.

Bought a test kit as well, but I think Ima get a digi one so I can see results as they drip....I have no Idea how to caliberate the drippings...Ill see when it arrives.

All for around 25 bux. I didnt have room for a CA Reactor/C02 bottle:(
