Can someone tell me how much Ca and Alkalinity fully saturated limewater delivers per milliliter?

It depends a little on the temperature, but at 25 deg C, saturated limewater is 0.0204 M in calcium (~816 ppm) and 40.8 meq/L (114 dKH) in alkalinity.
