Keeping/Opening Zoas

My tank is pretty new (set up for coming up on 2 months). I finished my cycle a few weeks ago and added some fish (a pair of clowns and 2 cardinals fish) and a BTA.

I added a few corals the other day (a week after the fish) and took the advice of my LFS to add Zoas (radioactive dragon eye), green star polyp/daisy polyp, and a mushroom.

The mushroom and green stars are opening really nicely but the Zoa isn't fully opening. My tank is a 55 gallon with a HOB overflow to a 25 gallon sump. I have a 4 ft Aquaneat (cheaper LED) light which does have green and red LEDs along with the blue and white. My powerheads are 1300 gph and are on either side of the tank.

The Zoa is currently located on a small rock that is barely off the sand/bottom of the tank. Should I move this up to get more light? Is the flow in my tank too much (should i downgrade the powerheads)?

I did read the article and am currently feeding some phytoplankton (waiting for my LFS to get some reef chili in). My tank is staying very stable and I don't have a high bioload. I recently used a baster to blow off any deitrus and used a coral dip using Coral Rx one shot.

I moved the colony higher in the tank to try and get it some more light (and also more flow) but it still doesn't seem to be opening fully and a lot of polyps are staying closed.

I don't see any Pox and am eyeing them very closely.

I'm really wondering if the flow in my tank (2 1300 gph wavemakers, 55 gallon tank) is too much. I may try to shut one off tonight and see what happens.

Flow is Huge for Zoanthids.

I have 2 Koralia 1500's in my 55

I left the flow going and have moved the frag to another part of the tank. I grabbed another frag while I was adding another fish and after 24 hours 75% of that piece is fully open. The piece I've had for a while still won't open. I redipped it and have been target feeding as well.

Any other tips to try and get these Zoa's to open? I can include pictures of both frags if it would help.
