Anybody deal with them recently? Normally everything goes smoothly with them, but I placed an order on the 28th that should have shipped yesterday and I never got a confirmation or my order. And my emails are not being returned. My credit card was billed though. Like I said before, I have never had a problem with them before, but I have been out of the loop a while.
