Hi, here is a random pic of a hermit crab that I took with the kodak easyshare camera... Do you think this camera could do any better or is this about the most it can do? Thanks

Based upon this picture I think you could probably get some decent shots with it, especially if you are willing to spend some time with postprocessing. You'll be able to do a better job with the full sized image, but I think I would have done something like this:
