Kole tang Qt swollen lips ? tx help

Hey guys i have a kole tang in my QT tank its on the last day of TT method and went threw prizipro treatment before this, was eating good up until yesterday and noticed red swollen lips he is still in QT and eating ok but now seems scared rest of fish look ok wondering what i can use to treat?

Ammonia is well controlled with prime just moved him over to new Qt tank this am

Bump fish still eating rest of qt tank is done tx and ready to go into DT on Sunday not sure if i should but the kole tang in it leave him in qt what you think

whats the green netting for?

it looks like it is munching on the netting. that could be irritating it?

It looks more like an injury than disease IMHO. I would keep him in QT until it clears just to be sure. Make sure he has algae and is eating well before going into your DT.

Yea kept him in few extra day be himself wih new water and kept eating and now looks good so gonna move him into the main

Kole tang healed all up good and still looks amazing in the main so things are good, All i did was provide good water parameters stress free environment and same varied healthy diet and healed up on his own Fyi if someone else has same problem
