Koralia 1 Has Stopped Working

I have a Koralia 1 that has stopped working. I purchased it from PA on 9/7/07 and it has now stopped. I have tried cleaning it and making sure the propeller and the shaft where seated correctly, however without any luck.

I was wondering how can I go about getting a replacement. Do I need to return it. I still have the original box and manual that came with the pump, but I cannot find any contact information in it.

I'm very sorry to hear about the pump problem. Hydor prefers to handle there own warranty, but they are really easy to work with. You just call them (916) 920-5222 and they'll get you out a replacement asap.
