Korallin Biodenitrator

Hopefully someone can chime in. I have a denitrator and when I fill it up it runs fine. I have it dripping as the manual says but after a few days the water level in the reactor is low and seems to stay at a low level. Any ideas?

I just set up a korallin biodenitrator and I am having a similar problem

You have the input and output hose ends higher than the denitrator? The are gravity fed so if you have them in your sump now then moving them up to the display should solve the problem. I never had this issue but always had the tubes running out of the display tank.
