there was some problem with a parcel that I have booked early September. I only discovered the problem in October when I tried to send the items to Singapore for my reefing buddies.
So, there go my calls to them.
I have made four calls while I am in Singapore but I am not perturbed by the number of calls I have to make as that issue justified and each time, a different staff spoke to me...I remember Keith, Joseph and Ben so far and I do not have to explain much and they could tell me abt the results of the investigation at every stage.

I am impressed that they are so professional and patient in their responses and I believe their system is so good that for every situation/hiccup, each of the staff will be able to cover the duties for the other efficiently.

On another occasion, I have ordered something and then I realised later on that there was a promotion for free delivery and some products. Spoke to Amy and she managed to assist me within minutes and get my order confirmed for delivery.:cool:

I have ordered many things from MD and never had a problem so far. Hope this will continue. Great Company.
