Looking to possibly move up to a calcium reactor. 90gallon display tank. Anybody have a decent setup that they may be looking to unload inexpensively? :D

No such thing as "inexpensive " in this hobby especially when referencing a calcium reactor. But I do have a good quality unit I am looking to sell. GEO 10x24. Custom made 2/3 full of medium includes oh probe and bottle of co2. asking $700

Wow. That is a huge reactor. Did you have that custom made and what size tank was it supporting?

I'm looking for an upgrade from my Geo 618 as I'm at its limits but I think the 1024 would be too much.

Can a calcium reactor be oversized?

Not trying to hijack this thread but I figure the OP might have the same questions for his 90.

No problem. I stopped by and took a look at it. I did not realize how big it was. Way to big for my needs. If you get it then maybe you will have a smaller one to get rid of.

I don't think they can be oversized.

How can you say that when you dont have a DT?????? let alone a reactor on line

Well, he's right. Even the largest sized empty Ca Rx can easily support the smallest empty tank.

Add a non-running skimmer and you have the perfect Pife system.
