Ordered some stuffs on Sunday and didn't ship until Thursday. This is my 2nd time ordering from them and the orders never shipped within 24-48hours according to the website...

Well if it was this past week, the Monday was a holiday. Plus I'm sure they were bombarded with orders due to their 10% off sale.
They are not the fastest shippers in our hobby, the orders ship out within 2-3 days. But they have some of the most competitive prices around, and that is before their year round 5% off discount. If you absolutely need something to ship the day you order it, order elsewhere. If you do not mind waiting an extra day or two and want to save money, go with AquaCave. I have never had a problem with their timeframe of shipping. Anything that I need immediately, I go to my LFS. Anything I need form online vrey fast, I order from someone that ships faster. The reason I shop online is to save money, get a better selection, and avoid paying taxes to my stupid state.....not because i want fast delivery.

Yep that's why online merchants offer overnight shipping for additional cost right? Your input is quite weak.

I agree with you their shipping is on the slow side, and your comment on overnight shipping makes no sense. I stated in my comment that if you wanted something that quickly, to order something overnight or from a vendor that advertises they ship out that day, or go to a LFS. You already knew, from their policies and past experiences, that they take a few days to ship out. If you are going to get upset by your order shipping out a whole 1 day later than they state, why would you bother ordering from them a second time?
Go elsewhere, I doubt they will miss you. There are far more people happy with them than not.

Yup, a disagreement I had with another completely irrational person. Call me a nazi or troll all you like, but Im not sticking up for them other than pointing out the obvious. I have already said in this thread, and many others that this company is not the best as far as fast shipping or communication, but overall they are a good company. I have always said that if people had problems with either of the latter, to maybe go elsewhere.
In your case it was ordering from them a second time when you already experienced delays in shipping, yet still getting upset over it when it happened the second time. In the other thread you point out, it was over "expedited shipping" on AquaCave website.....only problem is it says nowhere on their site "expedited shipping", only "premium shipping" and gives a FULL description of what that means in their policies. Those policies are a funny thing...they usually describe exactly what to expect from a company. I'm not at all surprised that you would consider me pointing that out as being a "forum-nazi".
