I've done search after search on this stuff and every thread has fizzled out after a few posts(which this one probably will). Who uses and or used it? Results? Very inexpensive compared to others.
I can't say I've ever even heard of it. I've seen the Blue Life (I think that's the name) product, which is probably very similar. If it is another Lanthanum Chloride-based product, this is a pretty long thread but a good read:
