Its almost covering a 30lb. peice of rock.

Thanks, the bottom of the tank was made like that by Oceanic, its that black material about 3/4" thick then glass then some more black. Not sure what the actual material is though.

What kind of care are you guys giving your closed brains?? Mine seems to slowly be loosing tissue... and it seems like every day i see another polyp with the skeleton starting to poke through :(

No special care for mine really, moderate flow and light. Plenty of fish poo to eat. Thats it for mine.

I've been waiting to show off this pic:D. Though now it's somewhat dated:rolleyes: .

Unfortunately, the yellow tang developed a taste for green brain and I had to move it. It's doing well, but I miss it in the 75.

Amphiprionocellaris, those are incredible! The Trachyphyllias are one of my very favorite corals. Like you, I have a gorgeous T. radiata (formerly Wellsophyllia radiata) that my Foxface has taken a liking to. I moved it into my sump/fuge, and it's doing well there. I'm trying to decide who goes, the Foxface or the coral. Of course, I've been trying to decide this for almost two years now. I like 'em both!:)

Thanks, LPS have long been my favorite corals, even after "graduating" to SPS (IME SPS are really no more challengin than other corals; know what they like and provide it).
I like the tang, but I like my brains better; the problem was catching the tang! I might try putting the brain back in, but I like it where it is now!
