large order on reefs2go?

i'm down to do a big order to catch all the sales on reefs2go.com. anyone else? would be ideal to get the order in before the holidays. they ship mon-fri so i'd like to get the order in tuesday morning for wed delivery. i'm in downtown fort lauderdale / victoria park.

I order from them twice. Customer support was HORRIBLE. One time waiting in my office all day for delivery and nothing showed up. Package showed up a few days later. Several dead fish. Could never get anyone on the phone to resolve the issue plus sent numerous emails. Had to finally contact my credit card company. This was about 2 years ago. Can only hope they have improved by now

Same problem...worst customer service around. They wont ship your order same day...sometimes it takes 5 days for them to ship! Stay away!

Agreed. Ordered 10 frags and 5 came dead.

I placed an order on 12/4. Everyday they call me. A recorded message says my order will ship tomorrow and the next day I get a call that says they cant ship, it will be the following day. This has been going on since dec 4th. Oh, they did charge my credit card immediately. Yesterday they went as far as giving me a tracking #. Today's message said it was an error they will be shipping it on Monday. Last order they will ever get from me
How do companies like this stay in business ????

Can't even ship macro algae properly. Although I will say that their amphipods are excellent.
