Least noisy air pump?

One of my FW buddies has an air pump that is driving him crazy!

Does anyone have a particularly quiet brand of air pump they could recommend? Or, is there a resource with comparative dB ratings?

I am using a Profile 9500 on my Discus tank in it is super quiet crancked all the way up.

Thanks jlfnjlf. I'll look into that. KMP: Yer funny. Unfortunately his fish need to breathe and this is how their water is oxeg... oxig... oxygenated er whatever.

What model Air Pump does he have now?
He may need a rebuild kit to change old diaphrams.
Also if you place the pump ontop of Filter Floss, this muffles noise.

I don't know the model. I'll see if I can find that out. Good advice on the rebuild kit. He's already got it mounted on damping material -- but it's the pump itself. Thanks.
