what is the beast lighting system is for them and whats the best thing to feed them to get the best potenchal grouth and life span out of it?

Leather corals aren't picky at all with lights, anything from VHO, PC, T5 would be sufficient. Metal halide is not necessary for raising them. For feeding you can just dose phytoplankton and/or zooplankton. Make sure your water parameter is good and they should grow pretty speedily.
