LED help please

Help I bought LED lights from china with no directions for the timer unit any one have a set of directions for this? I don;t care what language it is in I would upload a pic but cant figure out how

Without know which unit it is, I dont think anyone can tell you exactly how to setup an internal timer.

Is the timer built into it?
