LED light fixture

I saw an article where they tested out better then the solaris. I would like to see one inside to see if you can DIY.

I think you can definitely do it yourself. You can buy those 3 led domes individually. In fact I have 2 of the 3 led domes DIY'd into a moon light. I think that the LEDs cost so much that you wouldn't be saving much.

I was researching it a bit. I could find the Seoul LED's for about $/ea, but I am not sure which ones to get. It looks like this model from Ames has 16 triple lenses for 48 LED's. I can't find where to buy the lenses though. Where did you get yours tibbs?

That's cool that it's made here in IA. Maybe we could get them to sponser the club or at least give us a presentation.

Or I don't know maybe some Beta testers on tanks that are close enough to check on....

I got my 3 led blue dome lights from autoillumination.com. I believe they no longer exist though.

I also looked on that korean LED website. They so many products that from just glancing at the site I couldn't find the correct ones.

Target, Matt it was $40 bright as hell.

The PAR numbers on the site looks go but look pretty disappointing in Riddle's review.
