LED lights for small tank

Hi, I'm helping my brother set up a small 20-gallon reef tank. He wants two Ocellaris clowns and a bubble tip anemone. His tank doesn't have a canopy, and he doesn't want to invest in lights that hang from the ceiling. Any recommendations on some inexpensive LED lights, perhaps the kind that clip to the side of the tank.

Anyone like those LED strips that go inside the tank?

Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

The in tank LED's didn't work for me, but I have a 24" tall tank. I returned them. They are not bright and I couldn't rotate them to a point I liked.

if he wants an anemone and expects it to live the tank needs to be quite mature and have a very good lighting system to keep it alive. anemones are photosynthetic and need reef type lighting to keep them healthy. if you want LED's id suggest rapid LED or some current solana strips (would need 2-3) i also like the AI hydras or the ecotechs but they are really pricey. you can forgo the anemone and have just the clowns with the hidden LED and some live rock and macroalgaes. good luck!
