Tank is 5 gallon nano.

I just emailed Coral Compulsion regarding a light for this tank, he recommended the 14w 18 K Par30 for this tank. any thoughts on this?

My other options here in Canada are, Halo Par 38 and Rapid Par 38 we don't seem to have the 30 here anymore.

Looking for something to give me good growth without cooking the corals.

I run one of par30 led from my 5 gal nano tank,it works great,cost me $19,I am happy with that.
