Led or T5 for 120 gallon tank

I am setting up my 120 gallon tank. I am looking and just wondering what people would recommend for lighting on the 120 gallon tank. Led light? or T5 HO lighting? If led or t5 what product would you recommend as i have a center brace on the tank and the tank is a 4x2x2. I have really thought about led but just not sure what to go with as I have heard mixed reviews on led.

I have ran everything from two 400w MH on my old 4'x2' 150 gallon
and then switch to 14 t5 over my 4'x3' 190 didn't really like the fact I lost the light shimmer in the water.
I am now running two radion gen2 LEDs over my 4'x3'
And also running a AI nano over a nano reef also.
And I would say for the lack of heat and other vantages like cost in the long run of bulbs LEDs are the way to go.
