leeches in blackworms?

Theres what looks like flatworms in my blackworms from my lfs

Obv not flatworms bc its freshwater

Can these leeches or w.e hurt my fish?

Theyre clearish and move like flatworms

Harmless .. Even to freshwater feed them to my discus all the time just try to rinse them out first
