leopard wrasse and Blue spot jaw fish

So I've recently upgraded my tank from a 55 gallon to a 75 gallon. Not a huge upgrade but I wanted more room to spread things out. I currently only have a pair of clowns and a mandarin and the usual cuc with a lot of lps, zoas, and some sps corals. I want to add 2 leopard wrasses, I know their difficult to keep but I want to give them a shot, a blus spot jaw fish and then maybe a few chromis or anthias.

With that being said my main concern as of now is if I have the right sand bed for the leopards and the blue spot. I have about 4 inches of fine grain sand and am considering adding a bit more. I know the leopards require finer sand for burrowing at night but what about the blue spot? Does the blue spot require a fine grain sand, larger grain size, or will they burrow in all types? Also, which would be better to introduce in to the tank first, the wrasses or the jaw fish, or does it not really matter? Thanks.

I doubt you will have sufficient copepods for a mandarin and TWO leopard wrasses. Your sand will be fine, however.
