I bought a leopard wrasse about 3 weeks ago ive seen it twice do u think its possible that its hiding or most likely dead???

If it's not on the carpet or in your overflow, it is dead

tanks up about 7 months 29 gallon bow. the carpet is possible i had the top open with a fan for the heat
