lesion on my jawfish's tail

Hi, I posted about this in the reef discussion, and it was suggested to me that my jawfish has a nematode infection.
There is a lesion near the end of the tail. It started out as a bump, but now it is an open, red wound.

Any ideas on what to do for him?

It is getting worse, as you can see from the pics I got of it today.

Any ideas on how I should handle this? Any chances it will get better?
