Lesson Learned Seasonal Shipping and Frags

Should have known better but placed order for frag pack from online vendor. Fedex in Philly screwed up and did not place box on truck for early delivery, so got box six hours later. Box was left at mailbox and was cold when opened. Long story short 2 of the 4 frags did not make a night in my system. Funny thing was that also received frag pack from reefer on this site same day without any issues and on time.

Ordering coral in the winter and around Christmas is not a good idea. I lost $380 recently. Got a full refund as a gift certificate and I'll be waiting till spring to reorder.

Fedex sucks this time of year for Live Delivery. Do not trust them to deliver your package in time or alive. Wait until after the holidays. I recently got one two days later. Luckily it was packed well and only one fish was DOA.
