Lets see your pluming!

The majority of us are not plummeres, we have to make atleast 3 trips back to the hardware store to finish a 10min job that only takes 3 pieces. We have 3-6'' of primer dripping past the joint we glued. We end up with 2 extra couplings in a single straight run. LOL
That may be why you have not got alot of replies. We are just to embaraced to post a pick.

Seriouly, There are alot of top notch DIYs here. I have an AIO so my pluming is all inside the tank and done with tubing.

I can get you a picture tomorrow. I am at work tonight. What I did was put a 3/4" male (thread to slip adapter) in the top of the pump. Pump is in the middle of sump/refugium. I ran 3/4" pvc about 3" into 3/4" bushing (reducer) into a 1" union. Out of the union I ran 1" spa flex up the back of the tank into a 1" (Slip x Slip x Slip) Tee. That runs out to 1" by 3/4 female thread fitting with the line lock screwed into that. Obviously there are two one going to one overflow and the other to the other overflow. I am firefighter but I work irrigation on the side so it is a little easier for me. I will get you pictures tomorrow.

Before I went into my walls.

Wow after sinistards pics I'm embarrassed to post pics(unreal plumbing job!)
Here's what I did on my 40B. I have a Glass Holes 750gpm overflow going down to my filter sock then my return pump goes back up to 2 loc line fittings.
