are they immune to anemone? or can they be eaten, i just got one today , i saw him float over near my seabae and he didnt seem to care.................

I would think they can get stung by the anemone and are not immune. They might taste bad to the anemone though.
I'd try to keep it away from it especially if it was floating.

I tried one and it was eaten by a hairy red hermit crab. No more of those for me, hairy red hermit or not.
