leveling aquarium

well Ifinally started the 180 build and when i put the level on it of course it was off so how do you level it? I put some concrete board under the stand on one side and its close but with that much weight is that safe any sugestions

I use regular wood shims like you would use in a doorframe. Just stagger them every few inches to support the weight. It can be a pain but it's worth it not to have one overflow working a bunch more than the other etc.....

I've got it pretty level but do I need shims under the whole bottom or just the side

I would stagger them along the side but that being said I'm a little paranoid about those sort of things.
