LF: Any and all corals

We never did much of an introduction here but we are the University of Miami Aquarium Club, a collegiate aquarium hobbyist and professional organization at the University of Miami. We run a few tanks that house coral and are always looking for more. We have no assistance from the school with stocking our tanks so it is always difficult for us to find livestock especially corals. If anyone has any spare frags, nuisance corals, beginner corals that are overgrown we always appreciate donations and depending on price can sometimes afford to buy some with our own personal money.

Please contact me, I am the president of Florida Marine Aquarium Society-FMAS. I'm sure we can get you some softies/beginner corals.

I will PM your my email address

Thanks for all the messages guys I'll PM everyone to arrange everything. We really appreciate all the offers and it should definitely help fill our tank our a bit! And if anyone is down in the Coral Gables area, we would be more than happy to show anyone around our tanks and the campus.

We'd love to have you stop by a meeting sometime. You can check us out at Canesfest in the Fall. We are located in Cox 184 which is the marine science lab on campus. If you're around this summer one of us could show you around or you could drop by a meeting in the fall. We also had a biocube donated to us which is currently set up in the MSC advising office located on the second floor of Ungar.

Damn how long has the club been around. I spent half my UM attendance at Cox....Herbert and Mallory still there? I bet long retired lol....I'm getting old:lol:

Mallory is still kicking around teaching BIL 150 and a couple others. Think Herbert must have retired because I haven't heard of them. We have been around since 2006 in varying capacities but have been expanding our tank number and scope across campus in the last couple years. We are attending what is I believe our first conference in the Fall by going to MACNA 2017.

Woah! Mallory was one of our favorites. Can't believe still around. He wrote one of my letters for professional school. Anyway good luck with everything. I may have an acro or 2 if you are up to the challenge.
