I saw that but I think 8 bulb would be a bit overkill on my little 65g tank

you can shut down 2 lights so only 6 run. I had it over a 36"x22"x24" 87 gallon tank. But yes its a very strong light.

There are two plugs on it. One runs 2 of the bulbs and one runs 6 of the bulbs. So you could have 2 come on in the morning then have them shut off when the 6 come on.


I don't think Luis has used it at all and the bulbs are practically brand new.

Gosh I'm selling this thing to myself again lol.

The bulbs alone are worth $200 and I think he has extras.

I think I am just worried I am going to fry my corals. I plan on having mostly zoas, lps and softies and trying to get away from my current lighting setup (prestige) to go all t5 for now

How much do you want to spend on a T5 fixture? You might want to check out saltycritter as you can get a new TEK 6x39 with bulbs for around $398.00

I wanted to find a "deal" that way I can take my time selling my current fixture rather than selling my fixture for cheap and then having to come out of pocket even more for another light.
