LF Blue Haddoni Carpet Anemone

Looking for a nice blue haddoni carpet anemone (any size). Anyone seen any at a lfs/ know of someone who might be interested in selling theirs?

Well hydra aquatics had one last week and I think they can get them for you as well for sure best price. They had one I think for $250-$350

They did! I wrote them a few days ago, but it was already sold. I will keep an eye it if they get any more

what kind of system would you keep such a large beautiful carpet in? i would be afraid to house it with any fish other than clowns/damsels that like anemones. I remember seeing on one of the nature shows a certain type of carpet anemone on a barren black sand bottom. nothing around it. but filled with clowns. I always thought it would be cool to have a tank with black sand and one of the more colorful carpet anemones with a clown-fish Harem. One day ill have a tank with only anemones!

I have a carpet dominated tank with 7 right now in a 250. The fish I have have lived with some of the same carpets for the past 15 years. I have been very lucky I have not lost fish to my carpets in many, many years (knock on wood). There is always a risk nonetheless. But yes anemone only tanks with sand, lr, very good lighting, macroalgae, and only clowns are the way to go with carpets. That would be my dream tank.
