I have a complete setup , jbj 28 gallon cube . ocean revive led light can grow anything , heater , tunze 9002 skimmer , tank original stand no scratches .

if only you caught me before i took down my 60g marineland cube.

I still have the tank and stand with sump/skimmer/return pump though. reef ready.

What kind of budget are you looking at?

We have a 40gal breeder with stand, sump, and enough extra pieces to get it all set up.

We also have a 60gal glass cube with stand and sump.

We have plenty of plumbing parts, heaters, powerheads, etc to get a new system running.

Also have lights

SC aquariums sells brand new tanks with starfire glass, plumbed, with skimmer for about $700. Free shipping. Also if time is an issue, he could use zeovit. It cycles in 14 days, but it's a little expensive to get running and a bit tedious with daily dosing unless fully automated. Awesome results though.
