LF: JBJ ATO with pump

looking for a JBJ ATO with pump in good shape, please let me know.

I was able to get this from a local reefer but the tom's aqualifter pump that came with it is not strong enough to pump the water to my tank. I need a pump that can pump the water at about a 4 foot height. Can someone recommend a pump that can handle this? I borrowed a PH from a neighboor that's rated at 250 gph but that could not do it either.
