LF source of metal for LED build

I recently started a DIY project and instead of buying the premade heatsinks, i was looking for a local source of aluminum. For the heatsinks and the enclosure I am building. Anyone have any luck with local suppliers?

I've made a few DIY LED set-ups myself. Best thing you can be SURE to do, is a fan, or 2. Once the LED gets too hot/damaged, you can't reverse the damage done. Get VERY good air flow to pull the heat away from the heat sink. I think many under estimate the importance of a fan for the build. If you DIY on the aluminum, get it as thick as you can find it.
