Light Acclimation

I have some mushrooms that have taken a while to acclimate to my light. I upgraded about 6 weeks ago to 150 W MH over 14 gal. The pollups in the shaded areas look great, but the ones out under the lamp are very withdrawn. Any advice on how to help them get used to the new lighting?

move the one sin the shade into a brighter lit spot, move the ones in the light (that arent doing so hot) into a more shaded place.
