I am setting up a new Aqua Pod 24 with a Double ended 150 watt 14000°K HQI Metal Halide.
It will house two Nigripes and and a RBTA.
I will have a one inch sand bed and live rock mound in the middle not very high either so the anemone can adjust.
Do you guys recommend a different kelvin bulb for this type of setp or a different brand. Ushio or XM? Is 20,000 too blue?
I am going to post a poll about weather people think a UV Sterilizer or a Skimmer is more important to a anemone tank. Because of Waste.
The back of the tank will not have any bio balls or just cheato and some carbon everyonce in awhile. I am trying to beef up filtration so i can do a water change every two weeks instead of every week like i do now for my skimmer less 5 gallon.
