How long do you need to run the fuge light for chaeto?

I would also like to know about feather caulerpa. I have a mix of feather and cheato. I have been running the fuge light 24hr.

The caulerpa will grow better with a light/dark cycle. There is some speculation that 24/7 over caulerpa will help to prevent sporulation (going sexual ), possibly due to slow growth, but who knows.
