Light dimmers? Where to get'em

I'm looking to buy some sunrise/sunset light dimmers. Where can you buy some and what kind of lights can be used with them? They will be for a 240gl if that makes any difference.

what lighting do you plan on using? certin lighting cannot be dimmed such as MH.

Yes, I know. I mean, pc or vho, t5s which ever. Thats why I'm asking the question. To help me decide on which kind to get.

Icecap 660 VHO can be dimmed, but I've always heard it drastically shortens bulb life. I've never tried it so I don't know.

But just to let you know Metal Halides can be dimmed.
