Light Question

I just replaced both lights in my 24in current light fixture and now it doesnt work. If i only use one of the new bulbs it works. Put both new bulbs in and it doesnt work. Nothing is loose that i can see, I am out of ideas. Any idea what it could be? Maybe time to upgrade?

So before you replaced the bulbs it worked fine? I'm wondering if one of the new bulbs you got is a dud... If you put the new one that works in along with one of the old bulbs will it work that way?

I’m assuming this is a T-5 setup? If so check the pins on both ends of the new lights. I have actually had the terminals touching before. It creates a short and the light will not work. Now if this is the case be extremely careful if you decide to bend them out a little and If you bought them locally just take them back. Good luck

Yes it is a T5 light. It looks like it may be a bad bulb after trying the new bulbs one at a time one of them will not start. Thanks I will return it today.
